Eating healthy is sometimes easier said than done… You are busy… Your kids won’t eat anything other than Mac-N-Cheese or chicken nuggets…

But healthy doesn’t have to be hard, and healthy can taste AMAZING! And what if your kids loved eating healthy?

On the recipe page, I share my healthy recipes for family meals and fruit sweetened treats, explain what is healthy about them AND give you tips on how to get your kids to eat them! The recipes give suggestions for customizing the recipe to your family’s needs, but you can always send me a message for help customizing!

Most of my recipes are super simple and easy to throw together, and the ones that take a little more time (like soup) usually freeze well and can be simply reheated for an easy meal later!
